About Ciara Elend

Ciara Elend is a graphic artist who specializes in mixed media collage and she recently completed her first graphic novel Surfer Girl Saves the World. She earned a BA degree in Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California and an AAS degree in graphic design at Parsons School of Design. She currently resides in Sunnyside, Queens.
